Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor registration for the GMHC 2020 will open online on April 22nd, 2020 at 10AM EST.  All organizations must have an organizational profile on to register for a booth. You can register your organization here.

All booths are registered online. Exhibitors choose their location(s) from a map of the exhibit halls.  Booths are sold on a first come first serve basis. For additional questions please read our Exhibitor Policy Guide.


Research Poster Presentation

2019 launched our first year hosting a Research Poster Presentation.  We're pleased to be hosting this again for 2020.  The poster session is designed to give attendees an opportunity to informally present and discuss their research with colleagues.  We are currently accepting abstracts involving research in any area of healthcare missions (including but not limited to medicine, nursing, behavioral health, public health, dentistry, OT/PT). The deadline for submission is 11:59 PM EST TUES, JUNE 30, 2020.  You can find out more information and submit your abstract here.



Host Housing - As always, we will be offering our students and missionaries free housing with Southeast Christian Church members here in Louisville!  The host housing team will begin to process housing requests starting Sept 1st.

Continued Education Credits

The GMHC offers Continuing Education for a variety of health care professions (AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™; AAFP, Nursing, Pharmacy CPE, Dental). The sessions that qualify for CE credits are noted online and in information found at the CE desk during the conference. Sessions with available CE must be attended IN PERSON to apply for CE and details on how to apply for credit can also be found at the CE information desk.

*Please note that not all sessions qualify for CE and that the types of CE available for applicable sessions varies.


Hands-On Sessions

This year we have two time slots for our Hands-On classes - Friday from 10:00am-12:00pm and Friday 1:00pm-3:00pm. You MUST pre-register ONSITE for these classes! The classes will cost $5 to cover the materials that the facilitators will be supplying. Please come to the registration desk at your earliest convenience to register for these classes (online registration for these classes is not available).


Breakout Session Submissions

Our Breakout Session Committee will be meeting in January 2020 to determine the content for this year's conference. We will then be sending out speaker invitations in early spring. The submission form is open year-round but please note that sessions submitted after January will be reviewed for the following year's event.
