Learn how two organizations are working together to develop a BSN curriculum “tool box” to facilitate the advancement of the practice of nursing in developing countries while building capacity for nursing leadership. The speakers will share the initial framework of the curriculum and steps being taken to engage nursing leaders in other countries.

Objectives

1. Explain the need for BSN education in developing countries.
2. Discuss the process for BSN program development for developing countries.
3. Describe the steps taken to engage nursing leaders in other countries.
