Susan Post

Susan Post has served as Chief Executive Officer of Esperanza Health Center since 2005. Esperanza is a faith-based Federally-Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1989 to serve the predominantly Latino and African-American communities of North Philadelphia. Today, Esperanza serves more than 16,000 patients annually in three centers. Susan’s healthcare management experience includes over 20 years in healthcare administration. Susan lives in the North Philadelphia community served by Esperanza. Susan earned her Doctor of Ministry in Urban Ministry and M.A. degrees from Westminster Theological Seminary, and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport.
