GMHC Partner Resources

Welcome!

GMHC Partners:

Thank your for being deeply invested in the GMHC with us! The GMHC has continued to strategize ways to strengthen and improve our partnership with you for 2026.  Our goal continues to be collaborating together and helping more people engage in healthcare missions.  In short, partner organizations are given two packages to choose from (see below).

We all carry the burden to promote and mobilize people to healthcare missions - we do this together.  The GMHC is a ministry of Southeast Christian Church Missions and exists to mobilize people to healthcare missions specifically connecting them to organizations like yours so they can take that next step.  The GMHC is NOT an end in itself; our consistent goal is to see people taking a next step.  This is our greatest task - mobilization.  And this is why we are asking for your greater engagement as a partner to help make more people aware of the GMHC.

The Kingdom wins with this strategy and more people collectively have exposure to the amazing things you are doing.  We are thankful for you as a partner and view this as far more than simply an event with exhibitors...we are deeply connected with each other through a shared heart to see many exposed to the amazing work the Lord is doing in domestic and global healthcare missions.

Sincerely,

Will Rogers

GMHC Executive Director

Our Partnership Tiers

Global Missions Health Conference Partner Organizations are given two partnership options.  The standard cost for GMHC Partnership is $5,000.  Partner organizations agreeing to assist in promotion are given a discounted registration for the GMHC.

$2,500

Promotional Partners will work with the GMHC to help promote the GMHC through emails, social media posts, blog, and website notation.

2. General GMHC Partner

General Partners choose not to help promote the GMHC and pay the full price partnership fee for registration.

Marketing Resources

Email Marketing

Email is still one of the most effective means to educate people.  The following are email templates you may choose to use to send out to your organization about the upcoming GMHC.  Feel free to write your own emails but it's always nice to have a template to work from for all of us who are busy.

Email #1: Announcing GMHC Registration

When: Immediately after registering for the GMHC

Dear Friends:

We are excited to announce that we've registered for this year's Global Missions Health Conference (November 12-14, 2026 in Louisville, KY).  Most of you already may well know this but we wanted to share again... this is the largest gathering of missional healthcare professionals in the world.  In many ways we consider the GMHC "our conference" as we help speak into its strategic direction and partner with them.  We hope to see you at this year's GMHC in November.  When you're there, please come and see us at BOOTH LOCATION AND NUMBER HERE.

Email #2: Preparing for the GMHC

When: September

Dear Friends:

Summer has finally wrapped up and most of us are finding our way back from the craziness of summer and now looking towards the fall.  Fall is also the season of the Global Missions Health Conference and the time when we all gather to rally around God's vision for global and domestic healthcare missions.  We're excited about this year's plenary and breakout sessions and how these will help equip you and others for Kingdom work.  We hope to see you there this year.  Please come and visit us at BOOTH LOCATION AND NUMBER.

Email #3: The GMHC is Getting Close!

When: October

Dear Friends:

The GMHC is getting close!  Many of you have attended the GMHC before and know how instrumental this event is in unpacking God's vision for healthcare missions and your own personal journey of finding your place in His story.  Most Christian healthcare professionals wrestle with ways to use their skills for God's Kingdom.  Thankfully you're not alone.  This is why we gather each November for the GMHC, to learn, and be challenged and inspired to find that next step.  May we challenge you to attend this year and to wrestle with what God might be teaching you?  And if you can't make it... tell a friend or even better, gift them a ticket.

We hope to see you there this year.  Please come and visit us at BOOTH LOCATION AND NUMBER.

Email #4: GMHC Recap

When: Mid-November

Dear Friends:

What a year at the GMHC!  For all of you who came to visit us at our booth, thank you!  And for those who couldn't make the event, we missed you!

This is the largest gathering of missional healthcare workers in the world gathering each year to better understand God's calling and vision.  We are thankful to be part of the GMHC as a partner and a contributing member of the GMHC strategy.  This event is hosted at Southeast Christian Church and is a ministry of the church but they rely on organizations like ours to help shape their strategy and vision.  Please let us know what would make the GMHC a better mobilization experience for you.  We look forward to seeing you there next year!

Sincerely,
