Overview

God has called and equipped you to go and make disciples of all nations. At HEARTFIRE, we give undergraduate and post-graduate individuals the opportunity to do just that. We want to give you the tools and resources needed to be a missionary local and abroad. Days will look like planning out the logistics of a mission trip all the way to diving into scripture and ministry to make an even larger impact on the Kingdom. Our mission is to empower a new generation of world-changers. Term is September 2024-April 2025.

Requirements

- Intern must be in-person (Scottsdale, Arizona) for meetings.

- Gap-Year: Must be able to commit to 18-25 hours a week.

- College-Year: Must be able to commit to 10 hours a week.

Responsibilities

- Plan and lead future medical/humanitarian mission trips for teams up to 40 people. Communicate with ground hosts and establish serving opportunities. Book accommodations, airfare, transportation, meals, and excursions. Lead medical/humanitarian training sessions with teams prior to departure.

- Marketing HEARTFIRE content on social media and broadcasting platforms. Intern will strategize content for upcoming events, mission trips, Bible studies, and announcements for best viewer engagement. 

- Progressing momentum continuation discipleship program. Intern will mentor past/future participants, lead in-person/virtual outreach events, and engage in students' walks in faith. 

- Expansion of Biblical knowledge. Intern will be given material to help better learn the Bible and equip them to be a missionary.
