Overview : 

As an 85- bed full-service hospital, the purpose of ELWA Hospital is to glorify God by providing quality healthcare, proclaiming the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ, and training and discipling future healthcare leaders of Liberia. 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or MA degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area. 

-In-depth knowledge of human resource systems in the health sector. 

- Committed to sharing the gospel where Christ is least known. 

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all administrative activities related to the ELWA Hospital's personnel.

- Develop recruitment strategies, performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. 

- Implement systems for managing staff benefits, payroll, and behavior, and on boarding new employees.
