What if the career you’ve been building is the very thing God plans to use to send you? Not every healthcare professional who goes overseas will go through the traditional mission pathway. Many will go through the marketplace: hospitals, clinics, and health companies abroad that hire foreign professionals. And that path opens doors for specialties that often get sidelined in traditional missions conversations, from vascular surgeons to pharmacists to Hospitalists to ENT and therapists to imaging techs and healthcare administrators. This two-hour intensive starts with the theology behind it: why your profession is itself a calling and how God has used ordinary work to carry the Gospel across borders. You’ll hear real stories of healthcare professionals serving through their careers. Then we get practical: finding where your specialty fits overseas, whether you’re in nursing, dentistry, lab science, mental health, or public health, sharpening your CV and LinkedIn, preparing for interviews, and understanding what international employers expect. You’ll leave knowing where you fit and what your next step is.
