Dr. David Campbell has practiced dentistry for 38 years on Skid Row of Los Angeles. His grandfather started the dental practice started in 1930, but for the last 25 years, the skid row work has been done working part-time in the Los Angeles Christian Health Centers. Originally, providing care in a rehab center’s bathroom during the start-up years with Global Dental Alliance, we now operate 15 chairs in two new locations, seeing thousands every year, with 4 full-time dentists and hundreds of other allied health service providers.
This has provided clinical teaching appointments from Western University Dental School. He has also served nationally as a former Dental Director for Christian Medical & Dental Associations. Meanwhile, his son has also joined his private practice, this year in Altadena, CA, just five feet from the devastating fires that burned down half the community. With all this success and struggle, our ongoing work is prepared for the next generation. In fact, leaders are already in place with a healthy pace and future. Miraculous and wise? Let's look at how the Lord has done this from start to finish, whenever the finish arrives.
