Healthcare workers must provide safe, ethical, and evidence-based care for those who are broken, hurting, suffering, and vulnerable, no matter where they are serving. Those who want to serve on short-term missions often lack adequate preparation; therefore, good pre-field training is essential. It should include safety, teamwork, and cultural information at a minimum. Attend this session to learn about best practices and strategies for creating bridges to the gospel in short-term healthcare missions.
