Hope serves as a nonprofit administrator for a medical NGO in the Horn of Africa.  Her husband is a family medicine MD, and they work together to address health disparities and work in relief and development in a very poor, conflict ridden region of the world.  They have worked in medical missions, in both domestic and international settings, for over a decade.
