Team discord is one of the most potent causes of healthcare missionary discontent and early departure from the field. However, a few healthcare mission teams report a high level of concord and mutual support. We will explore common characteristics of those "Happy Places" and consider why those factors lead to a more biblical and joyous unity despite challenging circumstances.
