These are most likely parasitic cysts in this patient’s lungs. That is definitely something I did not treat in the United States. The only definitive treatment is surgery, but many patients choose to try anti-parasitic medicine which does work sometimes. But with cysts this big, I am not sure what our chances of success are using only oral medication.
