Prescription for Renewal and optional Missionary Medicine Seminar

Prescription for Renewal is a conference tailored for medical professionals interested in the mission field. The Prescription for Renewal conference is October 12-14, 2012 at the Billy Graham Training Center near Asheville, North Carolina.

Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, The Cove offers a peaceful setting where Christian doctors, dentists, nurses, and their spouses can gather for a meaningful time of spiritual and professional renewal. A shared desire to serve the Lord prompts the prayer: “May the favor of the Lord our God rest upon us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands” (Psalm 90:17, NIV).

Noted Bible teacher, author, and radio host, Dr. David Jeremiah, will be our featured speaker at the conference.

MISSIONARY MEDICINE SEMINAR

Doctors attending the 2012 Prescription for Renewal can earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ at the optional Missionary Medicine Seminar, which begins on October 11. This program is also eligible for nursing contact hours.

All programs and lodging are open to adults ages 18 and over, and to youth ages 15-17 when accompanied by an adult. We are not able to accommodate infants or children under the age of 15. Childcare facilities are not available.
